The Crown is at the heart of the village of Woolhope, next to the ancient Church of St Georges. We serve great local produce, simply cooked. Our Lamb is from Overbury or Court Farms, Pork from Squeaky Pig at Sollers Hope and Sausages from Noggin Farm on the Marcle Ridge. We have a great vegetable garden where we grow seasonal produce for the menu. We are open 7 days a week serving a Curry night on Monday night which now feature sauces from Rayeesa's Indian Kitchen ( other options are available) and we also offer a great choice of takeaways from stone baked pizza to fish and chips or even pork belly.

The Pub serves over 24 local Ciders and Perries, all from within 12 miles of the Crown including award winning home milled ones.

There are regular changing guest ales and Wye Valley Hereford Pale Ale and Hobsons Best Bitter. We make cider throughout the Autumn so bring any unwanted fruit to swap for a pint or two!

We host monthly special menu nights on the third Thursday of the month, keep an eye on the events page or the black boards on the road. Nessie Balance hosts  a monthly Quiz Night on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 8pm. We host two dart teams, cribbage, Woolhope cricket and football teams and still have a quoits team.
